WHAT IS A TM44 INSPECTION?
A TM44 Inspection is a visual survey of air conditioning units carried out by an independent certified energy assessor. TM44 Air Conditioning Inspection Reports are mandatory for all air conditioning systems in the UK with a cooling capacity exceeding 12kW. This requirement is outlined under the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations 2012 (EPBR).

As per the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations 2012 (EPBR), TM44 air conditioning inspections must be carried out every 5 years.
